Return Process

2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all original packaging materials, manuals, and accessories.
4. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
5. Ship the item to our return center at the address provided by our Customer Support team. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure safe and documented delivery.
6. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will process your return.

Refund Process

1. Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
2. You will be notified via email when your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.
