Return Process

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all original packaging materials, manuals, and accessories.
- Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to our return center at the address provided by our Customer Support team. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure safe and documented delivery.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will process your return.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- You will be notified via email when your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.
